We are looking for a capable, food loving person to work closely with us (the founders) and lead the team at events and festivals. This is a summer role from end of May to the start of September.

What’s the job?

·        Taking responsibility for the running of our stall at festivals – this will be your office for the summer

·        It’s super varied: cooking, food prep, knowing health and safety inside out, ensuring all food goes out 100%; we take pride in sending out great Mac and its what our reputation is built upon

·        Working behind the scenes at our unit, building stalls, drive vans, loading and unloading, rigging gas and electrics, management tasks such as stock control, logistics, deliveries

·        Managing and leading the team: working out hours, keeping everyone on track serving food to our high standards 

We are looking for someone who…

·        DRIVES!! Do not apply unless you have a full, clean license!! 

·        Is flexible – we do not work standard hours or set days, evenings and weekends are part of the job 

·        Has the energy and enthusiasm to get stuck in – it’s a physical role with long hours

·        You must be 100% available from end of May to the start of September – this is our festival season. We also require you to do a trial shift

·        Our unit is North West London and you need to be able to get there easily to pack, leave and return from festivals

·        Someone with experience in catering/hospitality – this is a Team Leader role and you need demonstrate you have these skills

·        A love of tent life, summer in the great outdoors and festival toilets – we camp a lot!

Please note this role is paid by the hour at £14-17ph.
