About Voodoo Chicken & Spice

Since 2017 we have brought the local community in Waterloo together face-to-face with our New Orleans inspired street food, raised money for local community hubs through our annual Day of Giving, and worked to support London’s homeless community.

We’re now looking for a Street Food Manager at the Southbank Centre every Friday, Saturday, Sunday plus bank holiday Mondays to help us fulfil this famous location’s potential and advance our mission of building strong local community in the areas we serve.

What We’re Looking for in our Street Food Manager

  • A team spirit - you instinctively put the team first; our people are our most important asset
  • Passionate about people - you love meeting new people and charming them with care, fun and recognition
  • Caring communicator - you’re clear and direct. Not afraid to call things out whilst being honest, decent and straightforward.
  • Experience in food/hospitality is ideal, but not a requirement as your soft skills are more important
