The Role: You will join the Growth Team at Runna, a pivotal group responsible for user discovery, conversion, and engagement with our product. This role involves leading a cross-functional team of 13 across three squads—Funnel, Monetisation, and Growth Product. Your efforts will focus on optimizing the growth journey from acquisition to early retention, collaborating closely with Growth Marketing, Partnerships, and the wider Product team.
Job Requirements: As the Group Product Manager for Growth, you will report directly to the Growth Director and take charge of one of Runna's four core product pillars. Your responsibilities will include managing and mentoring a product manager, leading product strategy, and executing high-impact projects. You should have a proven track record in consumer product growth, experience in managing product managers, and a strong ability to drive product strategy and outcomes.
