The role: As a Kew Diploma Student, you will engage in the foremost botanic garden training programme in the world. This salaried, hands-on, horticultural and botanical training is unique in the industry. You will develop skills to protect biodiversity, restore ecosystems, and develop nature-based solutions to global challenges. The Kew Diploma is a combination of practical work and academic studies, offering unrivalled access to some of the leading horticulturists and plant scientists in the world, as well as a fantastic living plant collection at both RBG Kew and Wakehurst.
Job requirements: To be accepted onto the Diploma, you must already have the Right to Work in the UK as we are unable to sponsor a visa for this position. The training is highly respected within the horticultural industry, and graduates can be found holding leading positions within historic and botanic gardens, parks, plant production, journalism, science, education, and landscape/garden design.
