Location

Ideally you will be within commuting distance of London but we have team members across the UK, Luxembourg and Germany working from home.

Working hours

We believe in flexible working hours to better suit our personal lives while being considerate of each other and our clients. We generally work office hours but trust each other to make fair decisions.

The role and its responsibilities

The exact role definition will be dependent on the desire, capability and experiences of the right person. Key responsibilities are likely to include:

• Own a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of multiple Sustainability Strategy projects, utilising the B Corp framework.
• Share learnings and experience across the Sustainability and B Corp team.
• Work with the leadership team to grow our Sustainability and B Corp services in the UK and elsewhere in Europe.
• Optimise how we deliver our services for client and team satisfaction, quality, impact and growth.
• Integrate with other ESG and Net Zero services.
• Support business development across the business.
• Provide and communicate B Corp and Sustainability market insights.

About you

You believe that humanity and businesses need to make a seismic shift in the right direction and want to apply your consulting and leadership capabilities to help make that happen. At the same time, you want to work in a friendly, collaborative and empathetic team who are delivering impactful projects for high-profile clients.

At least two years of strategic sustainability consulting experience and a track record of supporting businesses on their sustainability journey is a must. An understanding of the B Impact Assessment and experience applying it will also be extremely beneficial. Strong relationship building, project management and communications skills and experience will be critical.

The ideal candidate is action-oriented, has a keen eye for detail while remaining highly efficient, is able to seamlessly juggle multiple projects in parallel and works well under pressure.
