About the role

As our first Traffic & Resource Manager you are responsible for allocating expert resources across multiple clients and projects to meet client requests in the most effective way possible. This also includes identifying when workload is too high within the existing teams, or when an expertise is needed that is not available in-house, to initiate the search for an appropriate freelance resource.

What you will be doing as our Traffic Manager

  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of the team, ensuring work is delivered on schedule and on budget.
  • Thoroughly check briefs, making sure they have complete details and resources before it gets endorsed to the team
  • Flagging resource blocks and where support is required
  • Understanding timelines for work in progress
  • Support Project Management and Finance teams to report on utilisation, contracts and other staffing metrics for group/office and call out trends/concerns
  • Coordinating all jobs to ensure that everyone is working in harmony and that priorities are clear and communicated effectively

What we are looking for…

  • Previous experience working directly in Traffic, Studio, project manager or Resource management in a creative/marketing/digital agency.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritise responsibilities; excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to and operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving team environment.
  • Adept at handling budgets and ensuring all productions are kept within margin.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external parties.
  • Enthusiasm of creative work
