Role Summary
- Join the Strength Team and collaborate with modelling engineers and Team Strava to redefine strength training for athletes.
- Be part of the process of architecting, building, testing, and delivering new features for the full stack.
- Work closely with Product team to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with AI engineers on new architectures.
- Provide coaching and mentorship within your team.
Role Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with React Native, native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin), and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in your main area of expertise.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Experience in deployment, CI/CD, and Serverless architectures would be advantageous.

The role: As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will join our Strength Team, collaborating with our modelling engineers and Team Strava to redefine strength training for athletes. You will be involved in architecting, building, testing, and delivering new features across the full stack. This role requires working closely with the Product team to ensure solutions enhance customer experience and collaborating with AI engineers on new architectures. You will also support your team by coaching and providing mentorship.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 per year, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
