About the role
We’re looking for a senior leader to join the Beam Recruit team. You will be critical to Beam’s success building out strategic partnerships which deliver both employment outcomes and revenue.

Employment partners are key to our ability to scale impact for our beneficiaries, by supporting them into work, as well as providing a vital revenue stream to grow the business.
As a Client Success Lead, you’ll be responsible for both delivering growth through a small portfolio of tier 1 partnerships, and creating a world-class experience for our clients at scale. As a team leader, you will iterate and scale our operations, enabling us to make an impact with the leading companies in the UK and beyond.
You’ll be
Owning the growth of our highest potential employer partners, including independently designing and executing both short term and strategic initiatives
Developing relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing as required to secure growth objectives and outcomes for our beneficiaries
Working cross functionally within Beam to create a pipeline of build a pipeline of amazing talent for employer partners, and ensure effective client delivery
Acting as the main advocate for our employer partners, you will provide invaluable feedback to our Product and Operations teams to ensure that we can develop long-lasting and successful partnerships
Working closely with the Head of Recruit, build out the playbook for growing employer partners - you’ll play a leading role in building and iterating everything from our account management approach to KPIs to our CRM system
Creating scalable practices that will allow expansion in the UK and beyond
You’ll need
5 - 10 years experience in a client-facing role in a startup, B2B scale-up or professional or financial services
Demonstrable experience of driving growth and revenue through excellent partnership or account management
Experience in delivering insights from datasets, creating and presenting decks internally and externally
Commercially astute with strong analytical skills. You enjoy digging into data and using qualitative feedback to identify growth opportunities
Strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills, including at Senior Management and Executive levels.
Experience working with CRMs (ideally HubSpot) and internal product teams
A passion for ethical recruitment and diversity and inclusion
Ideal: Experience within HR, recruitment and / or diversity and inclusion
This role is based in London and reports to Head of Beam Recruit, Yasmina Koné.
