Role Summary
- Work as a Retail Weekend Supervisor for 30 hours spread over 4 days during peak trading hours
- Operate retail shops, and lead and support the Sales Assistant team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Role Requirements
- Experience in team supervision within a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle almost any situation, manage conflicting priorities and work independently
- Prior experience with team development and performance management

The role: As a Retail Weekend Supervisor at Kew Gardens, you will be responsible for supporting the operation of our Retail shops during the weekend, which is our peak trading period. This part-time permanent post is for 30 hours per week, worked over 4 days including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. You will lead and support the Sales Assistant team in delivering sales targets and KPIs.
Job requirements: Candidates should have experience supervising a team in a fast-paced retail environment with a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs. Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities are essential, along with the capability to manage conflicting priorities and work independently. Experience in team development and performance management using positive motivation is also required.
