Job Brief

We are now looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager to help build out our Customer Experience mission. 

You and your team will be responsible for owning the Customer Experience by improving and evolving the Moneybox proposition to help our customers through this journey, with a particular focus on activation and engagement. We are in a great position to develop this mission having built our own suite of systems as well as having a fantastic team of dedicated designers and developers to help bring our ambitious roadmap to life. We are looking for the right person to help lead this mission as well as supporting our growing team. They are expected to bring exceptional leadership and analytical skills as well as a track record of delivering high impact products to customers.

What you’ll do

Lead the development of the Customer Experience roadmap supporting the current team to build out the product strategy and vision. Help drive our commercial objectives while enabling our customers achieve their financial goals. Collaborate with user experience, mobile and backend teams to understand and solve our customer’s needs. Work closely with our data teams to generate insights and develop new ideas. Build out the product team to make sure we are set up to deliver on our roadmap

Who you are

A driven, ambitious individual who’s looking to build their career at an exciting very-fast-growing company. You are a seasoned product manager that has proven record of successfully launching products or platforms to customers. You understand the steps needed to evolve a product through its lifecycle and know what to look out for to overcome problems. You have strong attention to detail and are able to make decisions and provide direction effectively and deliver against tight deadlines. Sound judgment and business instinct with an excellent ability to reason from first principles. You are commercially and technically minded – you understand technology and how to build product to take as well as able to take concepts and explain limitations between marketers and engineers and work well with a broad range of teams. Determined to succeed, high energy with humility and a strong personal drive. Someone ready to lead by example while encouraging others to learn and develop, as well as mentor and coach a team of product managers.

Experience and Skills

University educated with at least one degree, preferably in a technical subject Have held a senior position in a Product Management role Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of the general fundamentals of product management and core structural processes i.e. problem recognition, analysis, development, testing, development, retesting, launching etc. Ability to encourage, motivate and develop a diverse group of people towards a challenging goal Great communication and listening skills.
