We’re looking for a Franchise Sales Specialist to join our team of superstars at Too Good To Go Belgium.
Your mission
We are looking for a dedicated Franchise Business Developer with a passion for tackling food waste. You will report to the Franchise Manager and play an active part in building our franchise team. Above all, in this role, you'll be a hunter. You're hungry to get out there, build connections and grow our community of franchise partners in close collaboration with other members of the sales and key account team.
Your role
- Use your authentic communication skills and passion to fight food waste to persuade and negotiate with future partners
- Research the landscape of franchises and support on the mapping of different opportunities
- Build strong cross team collaboration across departments to tackle franchise partnerships in the most effective way
- Onboard new partners who are part of a franchiseand become their main point of contact to maximise the start of their experience
- Expand our sales network by developing relationships in your assigned region, sector or account
- Find creative and meaningful ways to encourage newly joined partners to spread the word about Too Good To Go to other franchises
- Proactively call potential stores and build relationships. You will need to find, access and onboard the right stores via email, phone, store visits, face-to-face meetings, presentations at HQ, etc..
- Work closely with all relevant departments for a streamlined and efficient approach to ensure a top of the class experience for new and existing partners
Requirements
- A passion for sustainability and fighting food waste with a “we can change the world mentality”
- You are fully proficient in Dutch and/or French (both is a very big plus to us!) and have a strong command of English.
- You have previous Sales experience and reaching targets is a motivation to you
- Persuasion and negotiation is your thing! You love converting others to a good cause with your excitement.
- You get energy from focusing on your goals and getting things in a detail and organised manner
- You’re an active listener who can connect challenges with solutions followed by actions and results
- You love people so much that building connections and relationship with our partners comes natural to you
- You have experience or would like to gain more experience in organising events, giving presentations and building up your network
