- As an AI Coach, you will lead learners through various AI-focused programmes, ensuring the quality of our AI initiatives in conjunction with the Head of AI Coaching.
- You will be a vital part of our mission to make learning impactful, amalgamating the Makers' methods with innovative AI insights for a significant influence on learners and their employers.
- Applicants are required to have extensive experience in Business Change/Transformation, with roles such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Change Manager, among others.
- Practical experience in designing/implementing business processes, proficiency with data visualisation tools, an understanding of AI applications for business and a familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or Power Automate are significant.
- Plus, knowledge in AI strategy, change management practices, and AI governance frameworks is also desirable.

The Role As an AI Coach at Makers, you will be instrumental in coaching learners through apprenticeships and other programs that focus on AI. You will primarily coach on our AI Essentials L3 programme among other AI initiatives. Your work will be in partnership with the Head of AI Coaching to ensure the quality of our AI programmes. The goal is to deliver learning that combines Makers' methodologies with cutting-edge insights into AI for business, creating a profound impact on learners and their employers.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Change/Transformation, with roles such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Change Manager, or similar.
