Role Summary
- Develop and implement campaign plans and strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of supporters and lead a campaign project team.
- Identify and strengthen campaign opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, and adhere to best campaigning practices.
Role Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, risks, and people.
- Understanding of how policy, public affairs, and campaigning interact to create social change.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience in community organising or public affairs.

The role: As a Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for building a mass movement and maintaining a network of supporters. Your main tasks will include developing campaign plans and strategies that effectively translate policy objectives into clear advocacy actions. You will lead the campaigns project team, providing necessary support and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and strengthen campaign opportunities. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to best practices in campaigning.
Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in developing and delivering campaign strategies and plans. You should be capable of managing multiple projects, budgets, risks, and people. A deep understanding of how policy, public affairs, and campaigning interact to create social change is essential. Strong collaboration skills and experience in community organizing or public affairs are also required. Knowledge of environmental policies and legislation in the UK is crucial.
