Front End Web Developer

Location: Edinburgh strongly preferred (flexible options available), but this is a primarily remote role.

Hours: Full-Time (flexible working and part-time / job-share options are available)

ABOUT THE JOB

This job is primarily working on our dynamic adverts, and visualising the impact that they achieve - making them as engaging and appealing to the viewer as possible. On the other side, we're also looking for someone who's not scared of a graph, and can use data to tell a story.

You can expect to learn a lot (especially around React), with a lot of responsibility from day one, and to contribute to a growing and exciting social-impact startup.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Javascript (+ HTML & CSS)
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a team
• Also must be independent enough to manage your own work
• Must have example code that you can send us - preferably a hobby project

DESIRABLE SKILLS

We don't expect you to have experience in all of these - let us know which ones you have:

• React
• Graphic design
• UX / User-centred design
• Backend development experience (in any language)
• Java
• Experience working in an agile development team
• Working with data
