The Times listed Good-Loop as one of the most exciting and fastest growing tech companies in Scotland. We are looking for talented, kind and passionate developers to help us further accelerate our growth.
Good-Loop is a purpose-powered advertising platform, on a mission to connect brands, people and good causes globally. We build products that make it easy and profitable for brands to do good at scale. Our advertising technology is used by some of the biggest advertisers in the world, from Nike and Adidas to L'Oreal, Pepsi, Honda and Amex.
Good-Loop's carbon-neutral advertising has raised over $5m for charities around the world and planted over a million trees - whilst supporting high-quality journalism and diverse publications.
Good-Loop is uniquely positioned to capitalise on the increasing consumer demand for brands to step up and contribute to society. We're a small, but agile and fast-moving team with a lot of heart and even more ambition.
This job is primarily working on our dynamic adverts, and visualising the impact that they achieve - making them as engaging and appealing to the viewer as possible. On the other side, we're also looking for someone who's not scared of a graph, and can use data to tell a story.
You can expect to learn a lot (especially around React), with a lot of responsibility from day one, and to contribute to a growing and exciting social-impact startup.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team
- Also must be independent enough to manage your own work
- Must have example code that you can send us - preferably a hobby project
We don't expect you to have experience in all of these - let us know which ones you have:
- Graphic design
- UX / User-centred design
- Backend development experience (in any language)
- Experience working in an agile development team
- Working with data
You should have a passionate can-do attitude to your work. Responsibility and independence are important -- combined with flexible team-work. The right candidate will have the chance to shape the job, and will be at the heart of an exciting company. If you need a visa to work in the UK - we can sponsor a Tier 2 work visa.
