The Role
- Clinical Operations Manager in our Clinical Operations team.
- Direct clinical involvement and hands-on operational tasks to assure safe, effective, and superior patient care.
- Oversee operational workflows, manage Clinical Team Leads and ensure clinical safety and service efficiency.
- Maintain documentation, monitor performance metrics, and leverage technology for process improvements.
Role Requirements
- Experience in clinical operations within digital health or technology-enabled healthcare settings.
- Adept at managing high-volume clinical services and have strong data literacy skills.
- Proficiency in data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, or similar.
- Experience in technology-enabled workflows and familiarity with automation or AI tools is highly desirable.
