We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Brand Specialist to join our newly created 4-person marketing team to help us build our brand and raise awareness of Equal Education Partners both nationwide and internationally.
The successful candidate must be creative, strategic and experienced in implementing branded campaigns. If this describes you, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Equal's vision and mission is communicated consistently across digital and traditional channels, both internally and externally.
- Creation/design of branded digital and print materials to support marketing campaigns across live/digital events, social, PPC, and other channels.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed at all times, across all channels.
- As part of a team, contribute to the brand’s future direction, bringing new ideas, creativity and consistency.
- Work closely with Equal's recruitment, partnership, tuition and professional learning teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintaining Equal website content to ensure branding/tone consistency, improve UX and drive new business enquiries, with support of Marketing Executive
- Collaborate closely with Head of Marketing, Marketing Executive and Marketing Content Coordinator.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, design, communications or a related field
- Proven experience working within a branding orientated role
- Proven ability to think strategically
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Welsh-speaking is desirable but not essential
- Experience working in the education industry is desirable but not essential

Salary: £28-33k (dependent on experience)
