Role Summary:
- As a Placement Coach, you'll guide learners through their career path, especially during the last stages of their training.
- Will assist learners in accomplishing their placements, showcasing their skills in actual work settings, and securing full time jobs.

Role Requirements:
- Prior experience in assisting learners in educational or work environments is essential.

The Role: As a Placement Coach at Makers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our learners through their career journeys, particularly during the final stage of their training. Your main goal will be to help learners successfully complete their placements, demonstrate their skills in real-world environments, and secure long-term employment. This involves guiding learners from placement to the achievement of their apprenticeship, setting clear objectives, conducting progress reviews, and collaborating with colleagues and hiring partners to optimize outcomes.
Job Requirements: We are looking for candidates with proven experience in supporting learners in educational or workplace settings, particularly those familiar with apprenticeship standards and the requirements of awarding bodies like Ofsted and ESFA. You should be confident in setting goals, conducting progress reviews, and maintaining accurate learner records. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritize effectively in remote or hybrid environments.
