The role As a Consulting Traffic Manager, you will serve as the central hub for our team, managing the flow of work across our 40-person consultancy. Your role will be split between Traffic Manager (70%) and Finance Assistant (30%), balancing consultant workloads with essential financial administration. You will take a commercial approach to resource management, optimize our resource management tools, and support our finance function to keep projects on track financially.
Job requirements We are looking for a proactive and highly organized professional with experience in project management or resourcing within a professional services environment. Key skills include agency experience, organizational mastery, numerical accuracy, commerciality, and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable with the pace and ownership required in a growing business and have a knack for building relationships.
