As the Growth CRM Lead at Numan, your role is to spearhead CRM growth initiatives as part of our Marketing Centre of Excellence. Using your skills in data analysis and creative strategy, you'll enhance our customer engagement through personalized communications. You'll lead CRM growth performance across multiple channels and optimize lead conversion, cross-sell and upsell programs, all while driving revenue.
Prospective candidates should have a background in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing roles and the ability to drive revenue impact. Knowledge of CRM platforms like Customer.io, Braze, or Klaviyo, along with strong analytical skills, is essential for this role. Excellent project management skills and effective collaboration are also key.
