About us

State Yoga is a wellbeing studio in Highgate, London. We opened our doors in September

2020. We believe in the importance of an in-person community space that offers a retreat, provides connection and a platform for thriving.

State Yoga was founded by yoga teacher and mindfulness expert of 12 years, Jessica Stewart. 18 months in and we are now a team of 20 people including teachers and reception staff.

Whilst we firstly serve our immediate community, we aim to be at the forefront of thought leadership in the wellbeing sector, sitting at the intersection between neuroscience and traditional holistic practices.

Our message is that movement/breathwork and meditation is as simple and essential as brushing your teeth. We can use Yoga and bodywork to positively affect our state of mind. There are body-based practices for all bodies, ages and needs. We aspire to be the most down-to-earth, friendly and inspirational wellbeing centre in London.
