That is why we are looking for an experienced Head of Enterprise Marketing to lead Packhelp’s newly formed business unit’s marketing team and strategy (enterprise software). The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing, as well as experienced in software products demand generation and leading teams. In this role, you will fully own the Packhelp Pro marketing department, and you will be in charge of developing and executing strategy, as well as forming a new team and establishing business KPIs. On daily basis, you will collaborate with the VP of Packhelp Pro and the CMO.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing and implementing the marketing strategy & plan in line with business objectives
  • Planning and executing demand generation loops for acquiring leads and new customers
  • Creating content strategies based on the business objectives, category focus, audience segment, ICPs through all channels
  • Defining, measuring, and improving the marketing funnel
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales team to ensure that the marketing plan and execution remain aligned to the business plan
  • Establishing and monitoring marketing KPIs for the business unit
  • Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
  • Building a high performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other teams
  • Managing and reviewing the marketing budget
  • Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B software marketing
  • Fluency in English (at least C1 level)
  • Broad knowledge of various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing
  • Strong skill of building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to “get your hands dirty” from time to time

Bonus points:

  • Prior experience in a similar role → senior position in B2B enterprise software marketing
  • Experience with building and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies
  • Background in working with larger (mid-market and enterprise) leads
