This includes parks, woodlands, lakes, and landscaped areas. Unlike typical city parklands managed by local governments, our parklands are maintained by a charity, ensuring they are preserved and enhanced as the city grows. Our funding comes from a 999-year lease and an endowment, allowing us to focus on creating beautiful, sustainable environments without the need for external funding. Our team of over 100 staff and 240 volunteers work tirelessly to maintain these spaces, host community events, and educate the public on environmental conservation.
