Partnerships Analyst

Renaissance Philanthropy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fueling a 21st-century renaissance by increasing the ambition of philanthropists, scientists, and innovators. In its first year, the organization catalyzed over $214M in philanthropic funding for science, technology, and innovation, launching more than 10 initiatives across various fields such as AI, education, climate, health, and scientific infrastructure. We design time-bound, thesis-driven funds led by field experts and inspire talent to take action through playbooks and communities. Our efforts aim to accelerate mathematical discovery, expand talent mobility, and build the connective tissue between exceptional ideas and resources to create breakthroughs that transform entire fields.

The role: As the Partnerships Analyst at Renaissance Philanthropy, you will assist with key partnerships functions while providing essential support across donor research, events, and relationship management activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a passion for building systems that enable meaningful partnerships.

Job requirements: The position requires 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, development, operations, or a similar role. Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail are crucial. Knowledge of prospect research methodologies and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously are required. Experience with data management and maintaining clean, organized systems is necessary. Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools quickly is also important.
