Role Summary
- Lead key strategic projects from inception to delivery.
- Make autonomous decisions on approach and resource allocation.
- Deputize for the Head of Strategy & Transformation at times.
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Work with diverse stakeholders, multi-disciplinary teams, and our Youth Panel for strategic objectives.
Role Requirements
- Senior-level experience in leading strategic work in complex organizations.
- Experience in providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders and deputizing for senior leaders.
- Strong communication skills with facilitating, coaching and working with senior level teams experience.
- Relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding and application of AJEDI principles to all our work.

The Role: As the Senior Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for leading strategic workstreams and projects from conception to delivery. You will make autonomous decisions about approach and resource allocation, deputize for the Head of Strategy & Transformation, and provide strategic advice to our Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team. This role involves working with multi-disciplinary teams, our Youth Panel, and diverse stakeholders to ensure our strategy creates meaningful change for young people.
Job Requirements: Candidates should have experience leading strategic work at a senior level in complex organizations, providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders, and deputizing for senior leaders. You should be a skilled communicator with experience in facilitating, coaching, and working with teams at senior levels. A collaborative relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills is essential. Additionally, an understanding of AJEDI principles and the ability to apply these to all our work is required.
