As an Account Executive, you will act independently, developing your own business territory. Collaboration with Business Development and Marketing to create and execute a Pipeline Generation Plan will be required. In this fast-paced role, you will need to quickly understand our technology and the climate regulatory market.

Role Summary

  • Developing a territory through planning and execution.
  • Collaborating with Business Development & Marketing to design a Pipeline Generation Plan.
  • Working to close ARR in a predictable, efficient, and scalable manner.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas for over 6 years.
  • Experience in fast-paced startups or similar environments.
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks like Value Selling, MEDDIC, and Challenger Sale.
  • Experience in the sustainability/climate tech industry is a plus.

The Role As an Account Executive reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will act as a 'CEO of your own business,' responsible for developing your territory through planning and execution. You will collaborate with Business Development & Marketing to design and implement a Pipeline Generation Plan and aim to close ARR in a predictable, efficient, and scalable manner. This role is crucial for someone comfortable in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments, and capable of quickly mastering our technology and the climate regulatory market.

Job Requirements We are seeking a driven Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding quotas for over 6 years and experience in fast-paced startups or similar environments. Experience in the sustainability/climate tech industry is a plus. You should have strong sales acumen, excellent Pipeline Generation skills, and be familiar with sales frameworks like Value Selling, MEDDIC, and Challenger Sale.
