The role: As Chief of Staff at Rivan Industries, you will be instrumental in designing and executing key projects and setting up the organisation to scale. This role is crucial as you will be building team, communication, and information frameworks across the company for the next 100 people, stitching technical & non-technical departments together, and preparing for Series B and commercial expansion. Your responsibilities will include designing our organisational architecture and culture to scale, structuring departments, hierarchies, and responsibilities, ensuring seamless information and data flow across the organisation, and implementing a rapid up-skilling framework to address team bottlenecks. Additionally, you will amplify our culture across all business areas and design and execute strategic projects across fundraising, recruitment, commercial execution, product IP, and government engagement.
