Role Summary

Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via our in-app platform, addressing technical and coaching issues, writing helpful articles based on your running expertise, and participating in local Runna events to engage directly with our community.
Job Requirements: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a background in online customer service. Experience with tools like Intercom and Zendesk is a plus. You should have excellent written communication skills, be personable, empathetic, and detail-oriented, with a knack for meeting targets and deadlines. The role requires the right to work in the UK and availability to work from our Vauxhall office twice a week.
