Role Summary:

  • Develop territory through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborate with Business Development & Marketing for Pipeline Generation Plan
  • Close Annual Recurring Revenue in an efficient manner

Role Requirements:

  • Over 6 years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Expertise in generating pipeline and maintaining high standards of data hygiene
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks such as Value Selling, MEDDIC, and Challenger Sale
  • Experience in the sustainability or climate tech industry is a plus

The Role As a Senior Account Executive reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will act as a 'CEO of your own business,' responsible for developing your territory through planning and execution. You will collaborate with Business Development & Marketing to design and implement a Pipeline Generation Plan and aim to close ARR in a predictable, efficient, and scalable manner. This role is crucial as you will be part of our founding commercial team, driving both personal results and contributing to the foundation of our business strategy.

Job Requirements We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record of exceeding quotas for over 6 years, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in the sustainability or climate tech industry is a plus. You should be adept at generating pipeline, maintaining high standards of data hygiene, and forecasting accurately. Strong sales acumen and familiarity with sales frameworks such as Value Selling, MEDDIC, and Challenger Sale are highly desirable.
