About the role…

As our UI/UX designer, you will have great responsibility and autonomy over our design and will make a big impact on our product. You'll be key in developing our product brand as we grow and will work directly with our CTO and COO.

As our UX/UI Designer, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for delivering the best experience, using the latest technologies and methods. The designs you create will be the first thing our industry-leading clients see and interact with meaning your work will be in the spotlight.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Create designs that are user-centred and also serve the business requirements and user feedback.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
  • Create style and brand guides, design systems, and attractive user interfaces that translate the brief and requirement.
  • Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Collaborate effectively with the stakeholders and other teams such as product, engineering, and marketing.

What we are looking for…

  • Experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
  • Creativity- within UX/UI design, we are always looking to up the ante
  • Strong portfolio of work
  • Experience with interactive design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Principle, Figma, or similar software.
  • Knowledge/experience of user experience practices (e.g. user journey mapping & workflows)
  • Understand not just how to structure a neat design file or a UI toolkit in Figma or Sketch, but are learning what makes a full design system, so these practices ensure a product can scale effectively with design and development completely aligned.
  • Good knowledge of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, creating excellent user experiences
  • Excellent skills in producing prototypes, high-fidelity designs, style guides and component libraries
  • Can recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
  • A SAAS background, ideally within a B2B environment.
