Urchin Fish Box is a progressive, market disrupting seafood subscription/delivery brand at an exciting stage of development. 

I started Urchin Fish Box from my kitchen during lockdown after a decade of experience in the seafood industry. We believe there is a better way to buy seafood; one that reduces food waste and makes healthy, sustainable fish easy, and have developed a distinct and unique brand with proven traction to date.  

We sell frozen fish box subscriptions customized by our users and designed to deliver a way to reduce food waste, ensure quality and convenience to family households in London.

Since launching last year, we have completed a market validation of the concept and product, and proved marketing viability with a small but growing subscriber base and excellent customer feedback. We are now in a position to grow the team and fulfil our promising potential.  

We are looking for a business partner with experience and acumen in commercials, project management and delivery to share the load in these crucial stages and to augment our growing team.  

Non-essential but representative requirements:  

·      Experience in business leadership, cash flow management, general management and start-ups.  

·      Adaptable and willing to participate cross functionally and at every level of business activity.  

·      Detail focused, especially with regard to financials and general management  

·      A high level of attainment in an industry sector such as finance, management consultancy, FMCG, tech, banking etc.
