Software Tester Apprenticeship - London

DWP Digital are partnering with Makers to offer a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Software Testing. 

Software Testing is an exciting area of tech centred around  quality control.

Role responsibilities include:

• developing and applying software.
• ensuring any software meets functional, security, performance, usability and other relevant quality requirements. .
• conducting manual and automated testing to ensure software or applications work to a high standard.

DWP are looking for people who want to work on developing and supporting important systems that sit at the heart of government. 

You don't need any prior experience in code (although useful) as we will teach you all the fundamentals including code testing via Makers renowned coding bootcamp at the start of your position. Our Level 4 Apprenticeship is the equivalent to a foundation degree, that allows you too 'learn and earn' from day one.

Positions are available to work hybrid from at one of DWP's Digital Hubs including: London, Blackpool, Manchester, Newcastle, and Leeds.

Positions start in October on. a starting salary of £31,000 in London
