As a Team Lead for our Clinical Operations team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the safe and consistent delivery of clinical services. Your tasks will include supporting clinical service delivery, maintaining governance standards, acting as the escalation point for complex clinical queries, and managing and supporting clinicians. Your contribution will also be crucial in the continuous improvement of our services.
The preferred candidate will have experience in digital or tech-enabled healthcare environments and a proven record of managing clinical delivery in a compliant setting. We're seeking someone with a history of delivering patient-centered care in remote or digital clinical services and has experience in managing clinical escalations and complex cases.

The Role We are seeking a Team Lead for our Clinical Operations team, responsible for the safe, effective, and consistent delivery of clinical services. You will support clinical service delivery, maintain governance standards, and ensure care is delivered in line with established protocols and regulatory requirements. As a Team Lead, you will manage and support clinicians, act as an escalation point for complex clinical queries and cases, and contribute to continuous service improvement through structured processes and oversight.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience operating within digital or technology-enabled healthcare environments, managing clinical delivery in a structured and compliant setting. You should have a track record of delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care in remote or digital clinical services. Experience in managing clinical escalations, complex cases, and working within clinical governance frameworks is essential.
