The role - As a CRM Specialist, you will be a key player in our New Member Revenue Alliance, focusing on acquisition through our owned channels. This is not a mere execution role; you will have the autonomy to optimize and innovate within our campaign strategies. Your responsibilities will include building and launching campaigns, managing automated journeys, running A/B tests, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure CRM activities are integrated into the overall member experience. You will also be responsible for performance storytelling, turning data into actionable insights.
Job requirements - You should have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with a strong understanding of the technical and creative aspects of campaign management.
