Role Summary:

  • Manage the development, delivery, and evaluation of marketing and communication campaigns
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and develop audience-led strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency in all communications
  • Collaborate with external agencies to optimize the impact of our media and channels
  • This is a part-time role (30 hours/week), with flexibility for remote and office work


Role Requirements:

  • Experience in managing multichannel marketing and communication campaigns
  • Knowledge of project management and strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and support a small team
  • Experience with audience segmentation and audience-led marketing techniques

The role: As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, delivery, and evaluation of our marketing and communication campaigns. This includes leading the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, developing audience-led marketing strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications. You will also collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure our media and channels are aligned and impactful. This role is a 30-hour per week part-time position, which includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and delivering multichannel marketing and communication campaigns and strategies. You should have knowledge of project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage and support a small team. Experience using and implementing audience segmentation and audience-led marketing techniques is also required.
