The role: We are seeking a Senior Market Research Executive to lead and deliver market research projects that align with our organizational priorities. This role involves: - Leading small to medium-sized research projects using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. - Developing internal market research briefs and comprehensive plans to maximize the effectiveness of findings. - Creating end-to-end market research projects, including designing research frameworks, questionnaires, and facilitation materials. - Analyzing data to provide insights that support strategic decisions and organizational growth. - Managing external market research agencies and suppliers from contracting to delivery. - Communicating insights and outcomes across the organization through reports, presentations, and tailored briefings. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional travel and monthly visits to our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Job requirements: - Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Strong stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to design effective research materials. - Proficiency in survey software tools and knowledge of project management approaches.
