The Role

Role Requirements
- 8-10+ years in progressive leadership in People/HR roles, preferably in high-growth or product-led businesses.
- Regulated sectors or healthcare experience is beneficial.
- Proven track record of building inclusive cultures and scaling organizations.
- Knowledge about the UK's employment law.
- Strategic, data-driven approach to HR is essential.

The Role We are seeking a VP of People to lead our people function and support Numan's rapid scaling. This role involves evolving our people function to match our growth, building resilient systems to support a larger organization, and maintaining our agility, empathy, and distinct culture. You will develop a clear people strategy aligned with our company goals, focusing on performance management, talent acquisition, and operational excellence.
Job Requirements You should have 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in People/HR, preferably in high-growth or product-led businesses. Experience in healthcare or regulated sectors is beneficial. You should have a proven track record of building inclusive cultures and scaling organizations. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and a strategic, data-driven approach to HR are essential.
