REQUIREMENTS?
We are looking for a dynamic and organized interim Head of Sales to focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. You will manage one employee and an external sales agent.
· Proven success as a Sales Manager, designing implementing and delivering a strategic sales plan
· You are passionate about the world of beauty and ideally have experience in Skincare
· Experience of the UK market is required, and any international experience highly desirable
· Strong negotiating abilities, particularly in agreeing commercial conditions
· Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
· English speaker a must, French is highly desirable
· Confident user of Excel and software (experience with Cin7 and/or Dear is a bonus)
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· You are based in or around London and can adhere to our hybrid office and working-from-home model
THE ROLE?
The demands of the role are as follows:
(1) Nurturing existing accounts and maximising sales with a strong focus on UK and European markets. Creating and implementing joint business plans with our key retailers.
(2) Ensuring a successful launches with our new distributors in Asia and the Middle East
(3) Being responsible for prospecting direct sales accounts online and in brick & mortar
(4) Launching all new products across all markets on time and on budget
(5) Liaising with the Trade Marketing Officer to deliver world-class trainings, promotions and animations in all markets.
(6) Delivering sales plan on time and on budget
(7) Delivering accurate forecasting and reporting

· This is a full-time role for a fixed 6-month contract, with the potential to extend subject to performance and the needs of the business
· ~£60,000 base salary depending on experience, + performance-related bonus
· Reporting to the founder and CEO
· Office is in Highbury, London. Possibility of working from home.
