Role Summary

  • Manage the first impression of our platform, overseeing elements from the homepage to the point of payment.
  • Lead the redesign of how pet lovers discover and join TrustedHousesitters.
  • Owning acquisition and onboarding experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Work alongside product, engineering, data, CRM, and CRO Manager to streamline operations.
  • Drive conversion rates through a strategic experimentation process.
  • Maintain high visual standards across all user interfaces.

Role Requirements

  • Substantial experience in acquisition or conversion work.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high visual standards.
  • Ability to define clear problem statements and offer testable solutions.
  • Experience in consumer products, ideally marketplaces or subscriptions.

The Role: As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the first impression of our platform, from the homepage to the point of payment. You will lead the redesign of how millions of pet lovers discover and join TrustedHousesitters. This role involves owning the full acquisition and onboarding experience, both web and mobile, and working closely with product, engineering, data, CRM, and our CRO Manager. You will drive conversion through experimentation and raise the visual standards of all user interfaces.

Job Requirements: Candidates should have significant experience in acquisition or conversion work, a strong portfolio demonstrating high visual standards, and the ability to frame clear problem statements and propose testable solutions. Experience in consumer products, ideally marketplaces or subscriptions, is preferred.
