The Opportunity

We are scaling rapidly in line with our ambitious growth plans. As a business, we are currently c.650 people across the UK and US, rising to 1,000 at the end of FY 2023!

The driver for our business comes from the Go-to-Market team. As a Recruiter, you will focus on hiring Enterprise Customer Success Managers, Sales Operations, and Marketing positions to create more opportunities in the UK and the US for apprentices with some of the most globally recognised accounts.

You will help shape and drive the Talent Attraction strategy whilst developing solid partnerships with our Go-To-Market stakeholders to identify various “A players.”

Specifically, as a Recruiter, you will:

  • Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will support and contribute to candidate attraction strategies that will drive hiring goals across our Go-to-Market team with a specific focus on hiring Enterprise Customer Success Managers.
  • You will support and work with the talent team, sourcing and screening exceptional candidates using various sourcing tools and methods.
  • You will run first-stage interviews and the selection processes to ensure a high-quality caliber of candidates are entering the recruitment process.
  • It will be your role to drive candidate experience through the process, promoting our employee brand through regular contact and feedback during the process.
  • You will own processes and build effective relationships with your hiring managers to ensure regular feedback and goals are communicated through reporting and weekly analysis.

About you:

  • Excellent organisation, coordination, and logistics skills demonstrated with at least 2 years experience in an in-house recruitment environment
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates effectively and develop talent pools
  • Ability to deliver a great candidate experience
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise your day effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills - ensuring everyone you speak with receives a great brand experience
  • A natural “people person” who can be the point of contact and support candidates throughout their interview process with Multiverse
  • Experience with G suite and Workable preferred
