Requirements

Reporting to US Director of B2B Marketing

As the Head of Growth, you will own our customer acquisition strategy and execute it across search, social, display, retargeting, and other channels globally across the US and the UK. You will drive new customer revenue and launch major initiatives to drive lead acquisition and conversion while building a fantastic customer experience. The ideal candidate will be strategic and scrappy and will generate new ideas and contribute to Multiverse’s rocket-ship growth. You will be a world-class collaborator with internal and external partners and will evangelize Multiverse’s mission in your work.

In this role you will…

  • Build our B2B end-to-end growth strategy globally and execute on your roadmap across acquisition channels
  • Own the P&L for new customer growth for Multiverse, overseeing the budget and forecast and driving towards revenue goals
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and identify and prioritize opportunities to maximize key performance metrics (like lead acquisition, new customer revenue, and ROI) through A/B testing
  • Serve as an expert on top of funnel marketing for Multiverse leadership
  • Partner with Product & Engineering, Sales, Data & Insights and others to build seamless customer experiences
  • Manage relationship with ad agencies and 3rd party vendors (like Google and LinkedIn)
  • Launch new initiatives and channels that will unlock new growth for the business
  • Measure channel performance regularly and report out on how marketing is driving key metrics

To be a successful candidate…

  • Track record in digital marketing - preferably 4+ years with a focus on prospecting and retargeting
  • Ownership mindset - you’ll succeed in an ambiguous environment and proactively do what’s needed to surpass your goals
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - you can analyze large sets of data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Technical bent - you have a tendency to roll up your sleeves, execute solutions to complex problems, and iterate continuously
  • Collaborative communicator and stakeholder - whether managing a team or working with internal and external partners, you can influence others and build followership
  • Passionate about the mission - you believe in the power of apprenticeships to change people’s lives
