Requirements
You will play a pivotal role in scaling a business of exceptional talent by championing recruiting and accelerating its success. You will work alongside other company leaders to proactively design, build and drive this growth. Leadership, management, and relationship-building skills are critical for the success of this position as you will head up a large, growing, and geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team.
Our hiring needs span across a variety of sectors:
- Learning and delivery - Coaching roles and learning design/experience
- Product - Building out our platform with product managers, learning and engineering
- Go to market- Growing a world-class sales, customer success, and marketing team
- G&A - including legal, finance, and people operations
We’re currently 600 people (70 US/ 530UK) with a 50% headcount on delivery (coaches), 15% on GTM, 10% on ProdTech, 10% Learning (Tech and Learning will increase significantly this year). Our average time to fill is 45 days and we have a 95% acceptance rate.
We hired >200 people in the last 2 quarters and are set to increase this to 150/quarter this financial year.
Responsibilities
- Utilise your subject matter expertise in recruitment to lead the charge in Talent Acquisition
- Develop and deliver on Talent Acquisition strategy, while staying hyper-focused on driving execution and keeping hiring goals top of mind
- Be a savvy operator that drives with data - knowing what levers to pull thinking creatively and innovatively, maximising the tools and assets we have, whilst keeping up to date with new technologies
- A change champion, helping the Talent Acquisition team and the business evolve behaviours in order to meet the ever-changing talent landscape
- With your breadth and depth of recruitment experience and skill sets, build upon a talented team of recruiters that work efficiently to hit big targets (100-150 hires/quarter) whilst never compromising on excellent candidate experiences
- Stay close to Talent Acquisition’s operations at all times and use metrics and data to derive insights and drive process improvement
- Stay informed and keep abreast of market trends to advise and educate business partners
Requirements
- A passion for the Multiverse mission and with this creating accessible and equitable hiring processes, at scale
- Demonstrated experience in hiring exceptional talent in environments with high bars
- Demonstrable experience in operating a Recruiting function within a geographically dispersed, fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Must have experience managing recruiting teams that hit large annual recruiting targets
- Knowledge in scaling organisations, creating rigor around hiring process and protocols
- Excellent at influencing and collaborating at all levels of the organization
- Must be a great people leader, communicator, and facilitator
