Role Summary

  • Responsible for building high-impact partnerships, including barter deals, co-branded campaigns, product giveaways, and exploring new channels.
  • Manage agency relationships across affiliate marketing.
  • Lead the strategy for partnerships from identification to closure.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in growth partnerships or commercial development, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong instinct for deal-making and experience in structuring and closing deals.
  • Ability to manage agency relationships and familiarity with affiliate networks.
  • Background in a regulated industry is advantageous.

The Role As a Partnerships & Growth Manager at Numan, you will be responsible for building and owning one of our most crucial growth levers. This role involves architecting creative, high-impact partnerships, including barter deals, co-branded campaigns, product giveaways, and exploring new channels. You will manage our agency relationships across affiliate marketing and lead the strategy for partnerships from identification to closure, ensuring they drive significant growth.

Job Requirements We are looking for someone with proven experience in growth partnerships or commercial development, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment. You should have a strong instinct for deal-making, experience in structuring and closing commercial deals, and the ability to manage agency relationships. A background in a regulated industry and familiarity with affiliate networks would be advantageous.
