At Pasta Evangelists, we deliver fresh pasta dishes of restaurant quality across the UK. We provide our customers with fresh, handmade pasta, the finest sauces & beautiful garnishes from Italy, inviting them to prepare a 5* pasta dish in the comfort of their own home.

With the hard work taken care of by our Italian chefs, all our customers need to do is boil the pasta and heat up the sauce… e buon appetito, a Michelin-starred quality meal in minutes! And whilst we are a digitally-native DTC brand, through www.pastaevangelists.com, we are also the largest pasta brand in the UK on Deliveroo and the only pasta brand in Harrods where we have our amazing restaurant and counter. We are also sold in other channels such as Ocado, Amazon, Zapp, Getir.

Our mission is clear, loud and simple: we want to be THE authority in fresh, artisan pasta. As a category, pasta is worth £3.8bn in the UK alone, and we are the only company disrupting it. Purpose of the Job:

You will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to launch into multiple service models. Must be able to manage an end to end gateway process.

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a major scientific or engineering discipline. 
• You have strong project management experience. 
• You are experienced in providing R&D support to qualify new product start-ups & facilitate handover to Product Supply. 
• You have experience in working with a wide range of suppliers. 
• You are an idea generator and a consumer & brand champion with good technical knowledge. 
• You are passionate about product management. You have experience in translating customer needs into product ideas, then developing and qualifying products from technical and consumer point of view. 
• Strong  verbal and written communication and influencing skills. 
• You don’t turn a blind eye to issues, but instead you jump on them and have a strong desire to solve them

What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:

• Managing projects from concept through to launch into multiple service models. Must be able to manage an end to end gateway process. 
• Work as part of a multi-functional team to provide R&D leadership on your assigned innovation/renovation projects. 
• Influence and partner with multi-functional teams and local teams to develop & deliver programs/projects that are consistent with product strategies, leveraging competitive & consumer understanding to deliver against local, business unit needs. 
• Managing product safety prior to launch and monitoring post launch safety indicators. 
• Managing and communicating concepts to multiple teams to meet key criteria while ensuring a shared and aligned vision across the organization. 
• Identifying points of possible growth by monitoring consumer activity and providing data driven strategy to contribute to the company’s development.
