Role Summary
- Directly report to the Head of the Outreach Division.
- Support the development of promotional content for Metabox.
- Propose and implement a development plan to create a new range of promotional products using AI tools.
- Develop short promotional videos and 3D animations using Metabox as a platform.
Role Requirements
- University students, preferably at the master's level. Must be enrolled at their university for the duration of the internship.
- Good knowledge of English or French, with additional knowledge of another ESA Member State language being beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI for digital communication and 3D animation.

Our team and mission The Outreach Division at ESA is dedicated to enhancing the visibility and understanding of ESA's brand across the Agency. We coordinate public and media relations activities across ESA establishments and Member States. Our division is also responsible for managing the Department's budget, manpower resources, key performance indicators, quality and risk management processes, internal policies, administration, service level agreements, and workflow processes.
The role As an intern in the Communication Department's Outreach Division, you will be reporting directly to the Head of the Outreach Division. Your primary role will be to support the development of content for our Department's Metabox. You will focus on proposing a development plan for a new range of promotional products using AI tools to enhance product presentation within the Metabox. This includes developing short promotional videos and 3D animations on various topics using the Metabox as a platform.
Job requirements Candidates should be university students, preferably at the master's level, and must be enrolled at their university for the entire duration of the internship. A good knowledge of English or French is required, and knowledge of another ESA Member State language is an asset. Familiarity with AI for digital communication and 3D animation will be beneficial.
