- Build sourcing strategies together with hiring managers that are tailored to roles and screen candidates for these roles to drive higher conversion in later stages of the hiring process.
- Manage our employer brand on owned assets such as our career site, and on external sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn, and ensure our job postings are visible and appealing.
- Help to shape up the talent assessment process including assistance with creation of development plans, tracking progress on development plans, monitoring succession plans.
Requirements
- Experience within a tech / startup retained search firm or in-house recruitment role.
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates in technical and non-technical roles.
- High level of maturity.
- Energetic, passionate, and driven individual who can easily collaborate with others.
- Willing to get your hands dirty and work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Technology savvy and willing to learn new tools.
