About the role
You will be a founding member of EF’s New Products team. You will design and test new products so EF will have an effective and attractive co-founding product for every stage of someone’s career.
Importantly, these won’t be digital products. These will be products which are primarily offline, in-person products delivered by you and other members of the EF team. In person interaction is central to our teambuilding methodology, which will sit at the core of our future co-founding products.
You won’t be starting from scratch. We’ve spent the last ten years designing and delivering our core product, Form, with incredible results. More co-founding teams have been formed at EF than anywhere else in the world. Those co-founding teams are now valued at >$10 billion, and we’re backed by some of the world's best tech founders and company builders, including Patrick and John Collison (Stripe); Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn), Tom Blomfield (GoCardless and Monzo), Sara Clemens (Pandora and Twitch); Nat Friedman (GitHub); and Matt Mullenweg (Wordpress).
