Manager of Packaging Engineer

Our goal is to bring exciting change to the plate—and Beyond.OVERVIEW Reporting to the Sr Director of Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Support, this full-time packaging engineering leadership role works in close cross-functional collaboration with other packaging engineers and the Marketing, Innovation/R&D, Operations and Commercialization teams to bring new Beyond Meat products and packaging to market.  This position will have 3 direct reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in food package development, applying robust science, data capture and project management to execute designs. They will be responsible for design, testing, and implementation of new packaging structures integral to Beyond Meat’s Product Development process and will have a proven track record of food packaging equipment design, selection, installation and qualification/commissioning.Beyond Meat is an equal employment opportunity employer.
