The El Segundo R&D Innovation Team is a matrix organization within Beyond Meat that is dedicated to creating food products that are leading the gold standard in plant-based proteins. We are seeking a dependable, confident, innovative individual to join the Engineering Team as an Associate Engineer-CNC Machinist.The CNC Machinist’s primary role is to bring CAD/CAM models to life with high precision, using a 5 axis Computer-Numeric-Controlled vertical milling machine. Most of the machining work needed to be done at Beyond Meat consists of one-off parts, mostly made of stainless steel. The role includes working with the engineering team to verify designs for manufacturability, ordering the appropriate raw materials and tooling as necessary, keeping the machine shop clean and organized, and of course, utilizing SolidWorks, CAM + machining.Beyond Meat is an equal employment opportunity employer.
