The role: As a Visitor Experience Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of the visitor operation, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities at Wakehurst. Your duties will include ensuring maximum visitor enjoyment, maintaining presentation standards, and upholding the health, safety, and security of the gardens, buildings, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be dynamic, proactive, and motivated with a 'can do' attitude. A proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service and previous operational management or supervisory experience within a visitor attraction is essential. Strong people management skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure are crucial.
