Detox Kitchen is looking for a part-time Customer Service Advisor to assist our current Customer Services team. We have expanded (and are continuing to expand) our home delivery service and require an extra pair of hands to help our customers.
We are looking for someone who is flexible with the hours they can work. Our customer service hours are currently 7am-5:30pm Monday-Friday so you will need to be available within that time frame. There will also be some weekend work.
It will be possible for this to be mainly remote working but we may require you to come into our central kitchen in Battersea or our Deli on Mortimer Street on occasion.
The main responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with queries, offering advice and enhancing the customer experience
- Work to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Communicate with our third party courier company
- Converting customer queries to sales
- Helping customers place orders or assisting them with our website
- Close communication with our central kitchen to inform them of all our customer orders
- Assisting customers with any delivery or food quality issues
The key skills we require are as follows:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple calls, emails and tasks
- Approachable and friendly manner with strong communication skills, ability to work with all levels of staff within the company
- Good sense and sound judgement
- Enjoys, lives and embodies our brand
- Driven and energetic
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
